Drive innovation in modeling techniques for advanced process nodes, addressing challenges such as variability and reliability. Develop methodologies for efficient model extraction and validation. Collaborate with design teams to ensure accurate representation of analog circuits in system-level simulations. Guide the implementation of behavioral models for fast simulation of complex analog systems. Engage with foundry partners to align modeling efforts with process development. Work on integrating machine learning techniques into the modeling flow for improved accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements
Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 12+ years of experience in analog circuit modeling and simulation.
