About the Role
The Principal Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer will lead and manage a team of analog mixed-signal designers working on complex ASIC/SoC projects. The role involves defining analog mixed-signal design strategies, architecting high-performance analog and mixed-signal circuits, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. The ideal candidate will mentor and guide the team, foster innovation, and drive the adoption of best practices in analog mixed-signal design. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment with project goals and requirements.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. Minimum 12 years of experience in analog mixed-signal design for ASIC/SoC, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in analog and mixed-signal circuit design, including amplifiers, data converters, and power management circuits. Deep understanding of device physics, layout techniques, and mixed-signal simulation methodologies. Proven track record of successfully leading and mentoring analog mixed-signal design teams. Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Experience with the latest industry trends and tools in analog mixed-signal design.
