Requirements
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. 4+ years of experience in memory design for ASIC/SoC. Knowledge of memory architectures, such as SRAM, DRAM, and NVM. Familiarity with memory design tools and methodologies.
