About the Role
As the Lead IC Test Engineer, you will spearhead the development and execution of comprehensive test strategies to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of our cutting-edge integrated circuits. Your expertise in IC testing methodologies, test program development, and data analysis will be crucial in driving the success of our products and maintaining our competitive edge in the market. In this pivotal role, you will lead a talented team of IC test engineers, fostering a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and technical excellence. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, product, and manufacturing teams, to define test requirements, develop robust test plans, and ensure seamless integration of test solutions throughout the product lifecycle.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in IC testing, with at least 4 years in a leadership role. Strong expertise in developing and implementing test strategies for complex integrated circuits. In-depth knowledge of IC test methodologies, test program development, and test hardware platforms. Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Perl for test program development and automation. Experience with Automatic Test Equipment (ATE) platforms such as Teradyne, Advantest, or LTX-Credence. Proven track record of leading and mentoring IC test teams to deliver high-quality products. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
