About the Role
As the Lead DFT Engineer, you will oversee the DFT strategy for complex SoC designs. You will lead a team in implementing testability features, developing test patterns, and ensuring high fault coverage. Collaboration with design and verification teams will be essential to integrate DFT seamlessly into the design flow.
Requirements
B.E./B.Tech or M.E./M.Tech in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or related field. 10+ years of experience in DFT for complex SoCs. Expertise in scan insertion, ATPG, BIST, and boundary scan techniques. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
