About the Role

As a Contract High-Speed Analog Design Engineer specializing in RX/TX design, you will join our advanced SerDes team to develop next-generation high-speed interfaces for cutting-edge SoC products. Your responsibilities will include designing and optimizing high-performance, low-power receiver and transmitter circuits for data rates exceeding 56Gbps. You will develop innovative circuit topologies, implement advanced equalization techniques, and design robust clock and data recovery circuits. Collaboration with system architects, layout engineers, and other team members will be crucial. You will perform extensive circuit simulations, support lab validation, and troubleshoot design issues. This role offers an opportunity to work on state-of-the-art analog designs, pushing the boundaries of SerDes technology for next-generation communication standards.

Requirements

M.E./M.Tech or Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering with 10+ years of experience in high-speed analog circuit design. Proven track record in designing high-speed receivers (RX) and transmitters (TX) for data rates of 56Gbps and beyond. Expertise in advanced CMOS processes (7nm and below). Strong background in equalization techniques, clock and data recovery (CDR) circuits, and SerDes architectures. Experience with circuit simulation tools (e.g., Cadence Spectre, ADS) and proficiency in layout techniques for high-speed designs. Familiarity with industry standards such as PCIe, USB, and Ethernet. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
